802.02 - Requests for Improvements

Generally, except for emergency situations, requests for improvements or repairs are made to the superintendent by building principals, Director of Maintenance or the head custodian. Requirements for requests outlined in the 5 year facility plan should be followed. 

Minor improvements, not exceeding a cost of $10,000 may be approved by the superintendent. Improvements exceeding $10,000 must be approved by the board. Routine maintenance and repairs outlined by the Director of Maintenance or head custodian should be followed.
