401.03 - Nepotism

More than one family member may be an employee of the school district. It is within the discretion of the superintendent to allow one family member employed by the school district to supervise another family member employed by the school district.  However, when appropriate, it will be district practice for other qualified individuals to supervise and evaluate and avoid this conflict of interest if and when possible.

The employment of more than one individual in a family is on the basis of their qualifications, credentials and records.
